Level 1 Leader Training provides you with the basic movement vocabulary and tools to teach six months of pre-choreographed intenSati classes. Training begins with an intense 4-Day Workshop from November 18th -21st. Throughout your 6-month training you will receive:

• Six complete pre-choreographed intenSati class series
• A Multi-Media Package to accompany each series
• SELF Exercise for each series
• All movement vocabulary for your level
• Recommended playlists
• The intenSati training manual
